Superior Court Judge Susan McGuirl blasting prosecutors Tuesday for not turning over important police documents right away. The trial expected to start Feb 25.

Supreme Court Justice John Roberts in Providence Tuesday, marking the 100th anniversary of the federal courthouse. It’s the first time in more than 200 years a sitting justice has visited the state on official business.
